CRM Cancellation & Refund Policy

Prismatic foremost focus is on customer satisfaction. In case, if you want to cancel the contract or are not pleased with our service, we will refund the money.

Note: Kindly read the Cancellation & Refund Policy first before purchasing services or signing the contract. 

We will try our best to craft suitable service concepts for our clients. In case you're dissatisfied with our services, you have the liberty to cancel the contract and request a refund from us as soon as possible. Our policy will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellation please send us an email within 7 days of purchase at crm@prismatic-technologies.com with the title “Cancellation of Service’’ 
  • Cancellation requests must be sent from the official email address used at the time of purchase. 
  • The Cancellation Request Will Not Be Entertained After 7 Days Of Purchase.

Refund Policy

  • We will provide a refund within 7 days via Bank Check online transfer.
  • Refunds for credit card payments will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Likewise, payments made through the specified payment gateway will be refunded to the associated account.
